"Extended Learning" Program: Talks, Lectures, Workshops, and a Residency in Dnipro

We are launching "Extended Learning", an interdisciplinary program that brings together educational initiatives for artistic and academic communities, parents and children, as well as wider audiences in Dnipro.

The themes of memory, identity, and the decolonization of cultural narratives that have shaped the environment of eastern regions of Ukraine are central to the program. Above all, it is a space where it is possible not only to gain knowledge but also ask questions about personal and collective experiences, history, and the ways it can be understood today. We combine various formats of learning, research, participation, and knowledge-sharing.

The program includes:

— "Hey, My Name Is Land Art", a residency focused on exploring urban space for artists, culminating in a public presentation of the results;

— "The Open Studio", a series of meetings with artists from different places across Ukraine, featuring artist talks, workshops, and informal conversations;

— "Decolonizing Ukrainian Art", a lecture series dedicated to rethinking Ukrainian cultural history through an analysis of the historical and political foundations of art production;

— The extension of "Artsvit for Kids", a program through which participants aged 7–13 will explore and learn about the world through art.

In the coming weeks, we will share more detailed information about each direction of the program, launch open calls, and registrations. We believe that your experiences and stories are a valuable basis for mutual learning—so we warmly invite you to join us.

Follow upcoming announcements on our website and social media channels.

The Open Call for Residency in Performative Practices

Together with the residency curator, Waldemar Tatarczuk, we propose to explore performance as an intermedial method of artistic practice — one that allows for experimental approaches to creative processes where action, time, presence, and lived experience become the material.

We welcome applications from performers, theatre practitioners, and people open to collective experimentation with backgrounds in visual arts, contemporary music, DJing, generative media, writing, drag, and other artistic disciplines.
