We present to you the artbook of Bohdan Buchkovsky for the exhibition "Graze Pavlo the cowww"

As promised at the opening of the exhibition "Graze Pavlo the cowww", we are sharing details about our new merch - a mini-artbook with works by artist Bohdan Buchkovsky.

Attention: the edition is limited - only 25 copies, and some of them have already been sold. Also, each edition is special and unique, because each artbook is personally sewn by the artist and has its own serial number. The cost of such a souvenir is 250 hryvnias.

We will send all the funds to Bohdan's friend, antiquities collector and kobzar Nazar Bozhinsky - he is going to donate to the restoration of his own hut-museum in the village of Balivka in the Poltava region, which, along with its exhibits, was destroyed by a forest fire in September 2024. Only iron and some ceramics have survived. But the ethnographer is striving to restore the hut and restore the museum collection - a difficult, long and expensive process. But we can help him with this!

You can watch a report about this tragedy from Suspilne Poltava.

You can purchase exclusive merch at the Artsvit Gallery during working hours - from Tuesday to Saturday, from 12:00 to 19:00. We warn you: the sale is carried out through reservations - if you want to purchase an art book, write to Direct and we will keep in touch in correspondence. Hurry up, the edition is already selling out!

And also come and see the exhibition, the project will last until January 11, 2025. Admission is free!

Next Wednesday, we’re opening an audiovisual installation based on your stories about Dnipro

“The Museum of Forgetting” is a series of projects combining research with artistic expression. It focuses on forgetting as a counterform of memory: the repression of traumatic experiences, the conscious ‘purification’ of the unwanted, gradual disappearance through physical decay, or transformation dictated by the need for renewal. These processes are viewed as multidimensional — material, ideological, collective and personal, yet both mundane and tragic.

Waldemar Tatarchuk returns to Dnipro for the closing of his exhibition and will conduct a tour!

This will be the last day of the exhibition — a kind of finale and, at the same time, an opportunity to see the project and hear about it directly from its author. During the tour, the artist will guide visitors through the exhibition and talk about the ideas behind it, as well as his collaboration with Ukrainian artists, which has become an important part of this project.
