Dnipro Centre for Contemporary Culture is giving away a T-shirt with ‘Pechnik’ embroidery for a donation

Dnipro Centre for Contemporary Culture is raffling off Anna Galasyuk's work ‘What Will Happen to You’ for a donation towards a car for volunteers.

The T-shirt with the embroidery ‘Pechnik’ is dedicated to a local phenomenon — this inscription can be found throughout Dnipro. The work is presented at a pop-up exhibition of a residence for young artists — by the way, tomorrow, 17 February, is the last day to see the exhibition.

"For me, as someone with experience of migration, it was important to reflect on the context of Dnipro. It has elements that are with me regardless of where I am. I want the city to be associated not with negative things like rockets and war, but with something positive. Pechnik is a rather positive and funny story," says the artist.

To participate in the raffle, you need to make a donation of at least 100 UAH to the jar.

All funds will be transferred to our colleague Kateryna Rusetska for a car for volunteers who deliver aid to civilians and military personnel in the Kherson and Donetsk regions.

The more donations you make, the greater your chances of winning. Be sure to include your Instagram username and name in the transfer comment so that we can contact you.

The results of the draw will be announced on 20 February.
