Applications for the PinchukArtCentre Prize are now open!

PinchukArtCentre invites Ukrainian artists aged 35 and under to submit applications for the PinchukArtCentre Prize, the first nationwide award in the field of contemporary art. Applications will be accepted from 3 June to 28 July 2024 at prize.pinchukartcentre.org.

20 nominees will be selected to create new works that will be presented at an exhibition at the PinchukArtCentre in 2025. At the awards ceremony, members of the International Jury will determine the winner of the Main Prize of 400,000 hryvnias and two Special Prizes of 100,000 hryvnias each.

The winner of the Public Prize of 40,000 hryvnias will be determined by a vote of visitors to the exhibition of the nominees for the Prize.

The winner of the PinchukArtCentre Prize automatically becomes a nominee for the international Future Generation Art Prize 2025/26, opening up even more opportunities for development.

The PinchukArtCentre Prize is a national award in the field of contemporary art, awarded every two years, starting in 2009, to Ukrainian artists aged 35 and under. It is the first private award in Ukraine, the purpose of which is to discover, support and develop a new generation of young Ukrainian artists.

Waldemar Tatarchuk returns to Dnipro for the closing of his exhibition and will conduct a tour!

This will be the last day of the exhibition — a kind of finale and, at the same time, an opportunity to see the project and hear about it directly from its author. During the tour, the artist will guide visitors through the exhibition and talk about the ideas behind it, as well as his collaboration with Ukrainian artists, which has become an important part of this project.

We often talk about the Artsvit Gallery collection, and sometimes you can see its works at exhibitions in different cities of Ukraine and even abroad. However, most of the time it remains closed — not only to the general public, but also to the professional community.

That is why we want to change this: we are currently working on an online platform that will make our art collection visible and more accessible — for curators, artists, researchers, and viewers. The future website will make it easier to find works, research them, and discover new opportunities for creative collaboration.
